Steve Stulb
Steve is a financial advisor, risk management consultant, and high-performance advocate with more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry. He serves as Founder and President of Colony Lane Capital and as Principal and Director of Group Retirement at Ironview Capital Management, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor. In these roles, he works closely with business owners, executives, and families on retirement planning, fiduciary consulting, and long-term wealth strategy.
Throughout his career, Steve has guided organizations and individuals through complex financial decisions with clarity and discipline. His work focuses on simplifying what often feels overwhelming, creating structure amid uncertainty, and helping leaders align their financial strategies with their long-term goals and values. He believes that sound decision-making, especially under pressure, is built on preparation, perspective, and intentional planning.
In addition to his advisory work, Steve speaks regularly at industry conferences and business groups forums on financial clarity, leadership resilience, and sustainable growth. His perspective is shaped not only by his professional experience, but also by his personal commitment to high performance. As an ultra-endurance athlete, he has completed multiple Ironman-distance triathlons and the Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim 24 hour challenge (twice). These experiences continue to shape how he approaches discipline, adversity, and long-term commitment.
Outside of his professional work, Steve is a husband and father, an active youth sports coach, and a dedicated nonprofit board member. He brings the same steady, grounded presence to his family, his community, and every room he enters.
At Shift Summit 2026, Steve will speak on financial clarity, leadership under pressure, and the mindset shifts required to build sustainable success.
